  • Castor oil is extracted from the seeds of the castor plant (Ricinus communis), native to the tropical regions of Africa and Asia, with a history of widespread use for thousands of years up to the present. The ancient Egyptians used it as an effective oil for skin care, and it has been used in Indian Ayurvedic formulations.

  • Castor Oil is 100% pure, cold-pressed, and free of solvent residues (solvent-Free). It is not refined, decolorized or deodorized (undecolorized & undeodorized), so it fully retains the true natural properties of Castor Oil.

  • It is a very rich source of Omega-9 Ricinoleic acid, at about 90%, a distinctive and unique component of Castor Oil that sets it apart from oils obtained from other plants

  • Castor Oil also contains Omega-6 Linoleic acid, Omega-9 Oleic acid and other beneficial compounds such as carotenoid, Vitamin E (tocopherol, tocotrienol), phytosterol, phenolic compound, etc.
