We want to look after you sincerely and fairly, on the principle of \u201creturns are accepted for defects, items not as described, incomplete orders or the wrong item\u201d<\/p>

1. When returns \/ exchanges are accepted<\/strong>
\u2013 Please tell us within 7 days of receiving the product, with clear evidence (please keep an unboxing video or photos showing the outer and inner box, the label and the shipping label)
1) Returns \/ exchanges are accepted in these cases
\u2013 The product was damaged in transit \/ has a manufacturing defect
\u2013 You received the wrong model \/ wrong item \/ not the full quantity
\u2013 The product is not as stated on the product page (significantly not as described)
2) Return shipping cost
\u2013 We pay all of it in the cases above<\/p>

2. When returns \/ exchanges are \u201cnot accepted\u201d<\/strong>
To keep our products safe and hygienic, returns and exchanges are \u201cnot accepted in any of the following cases\u201d:
\u2013 Change of mind \/ did not like the scent \/ ordered the wrong model or scent \/ personal dissatisfaction
\u2013 The product has been opened and used
\u2013 Some promotional items \/ free gifts \/ clearance items (if any, this is stated on the promotion page)<\/p>

3. Condition of returned products<\/strong> (only when the return conditions are met)
\u2013 Return the product with its \u201cbox \/ accessories \/ free gifts\u201d, as close as possible to the condition you received them in
\u2013 Pack it securely to reduce damage in transit
